The first years after I arrived in my newly adopted country, I felt lost, powerless and limited by not knowing how to communicate fluently in another language. But most of all, I knew I needed a radical change in my professional life if I wanted to feel truly at home where I was.

My most personal side
I have an engineering background, but deep down I always knew that I wanted to study psychology. But now as a Coach, I’m finally doing something I love and come full circle, making my dream come true. I truly believe that everything happens for a reason. When I went to study my Master’s degree in England, my mother said (half-jokingly): “if you meet someone while you’re there, please don’t fall in love with a German!” I ended up meeting Frank and we got married soon after. In spite of herself my mom has come to love him, too!
As a newlywed living in Germany, my husband asked: why do you mostly cook chicken and ground beef for lunch? I replied: it's the only thing that’s pre-packaged at the supermarket that I can buy without having to ask anybody! Once in a German restaurant I asked for an "ass" instead of an "ashtray". As you see, my relationship with the German language hasn’t always been an easy one.
I love adventure travel and extreme sports (paragliding, rafting, canyoning, etc.) and being one with nature. I am a Virgo: analytical, a perfectionist, persistent, practical, organized and hardworking. And… I am a very romantic woman. ¡viva el amor!
