Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal applies to contracts concluded through this website with consumers residing in the European Union, where a right of withdrawal is provided by applicable consumer protection laws. The right of withdrawal does not apply where excluded by law.
The right of withdrawal may apply to:
physical products purchased through this online shop
certain digital products or digital services purchased online
certain service contracts concluded online
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is:
14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods
for service contracts, 14 days from the day the contract is concluded
for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, 14 days from the day the contract is concluded, unless you have expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right where applicable
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
You may exercise your right of withdrawal by submitting a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may do so:

by email
by post or
by any other unambiguous statement.
Use of our online withdrawal function is optional and does not limit any other legally permitted method of withdrawal.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier where permitted by law.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Returning Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Important Information Regarding Coaching, Consulting and Professional Services
Coaching, consulting, mentoring, training, implementation services, workshops, strategy sessions, or other professional services that are governed by a separate service agreement may not be subject to the statutory right of withdrawal. Where a service is fully performed, or where performance begins during the withdrawal period based on the consumer’s prior express request and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal may be lost upon full performance, the statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply.
If a separate written agreement, service agreement, consulting agreement, coaching agreement, or similar contract governs the service, the withdrawal rights and cancellation terms stated in that agreement shall apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Statutory Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to:
goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised
goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
services that have been fully performed after the consumer expressly requested early performance and acknowledged the possible loss of the withdrawal right
digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun after the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the withdrawal right
other contracts excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation
